Polyurethane Coating

Our Polyurethane Coatings are very hard and strong, providing exceptional wear resistance at the same time also flexible and more ductile. Notable for their ability to adhere very well to a wide variety of base materials requiring little or no additional processing to cure. They are simply applied and cure upon exposure to moisture in the air. In all cases, our Polyurethane Coatings also have very fast curing times, and can be applied and set in a wide range of temperatures. The method of application can be either sprayed or rolled onto a base material.

Our Polyurethane Coatings are used for many different applications. An excellent choice of application is on wood, primarily wood flooring surfaces since our Polyurethane Coatings are waterproof and have high abrasion resistance. In addition, our Polyurethane Coatings are also used on all metal surfaces.

Water-Based Coating

The main attraction of our Water-Based products, regardless of whether it’s an interior coating or heavy-duty protective coating, is its non-dangerous and environmentally friendly qualities. For a start is has fewer odors. Our water-based coating is exactly as described above.

Our Water-Based coatings is a preferred choice when the Health, Safety and Environment aspect is particularly important to our customers and when compliance (reduced VOC) is required. For this very reason, many projects like those involving wood furniture used for babies and children, toys, and wood furniture for dining, make use of our water-based coatings. In many cases, water-based coating produces comparable results & performances compared against solvent-based coating.

UV Coating

Environmentally friendly solution, our UV Coatings are solvent free (85% – 99% solids), thus helping the industry and the environment to reduce significantly VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). UV Cured Coatings exhibit traits such as quick drying and are scratch resistant. Our range of UV Cured Coatings are commonly used on baseboards, wooden floors, cabinet doors, and wooden furniture.

Acid Catalyzed Coating

Acid Catalyzed finishes are commonly used in a variety of wood coatings applications particularly suitable for indoor wooden furniture for example cabinetry and office furniture.  Our Acid Catalyzed Coating is a two-pack synthetic high-quality coating that exhibits fast cure speed at ambient or low bake conditions. Our Acid Catalyzed Coatings give the desired properties such as hard film, good thickness and excellent water & solvent resistance.

Nitrocellulose Coating

Nitrocellulose Coating is a fast-drying alternative to wood treatments such as shellac and varnishes. It can be combined with pigment to produce spray-on and roll-on paints. However, it is commonly used for staining woods as it’s inexpensive, quick drying and blends well with the natural grain and coloring of different woods.

Primarily used on wood furniture, our Nitrocellulose Coatings produce a hard yet flexible, durable finish that can be recoated and touch up easily.

1K & 2K Acrylic Coating

Our 1K and 2K Acrylic Coatings provides good gloss retention and hardens rapidly to give a very high build coating with excellent weathering resistance.

Typical applications of our Acrylic Coating are in the Automotive and Marine industry. Formulated and designed to give a lustrous durable finish. Dries quickly, adheres to metal and dries to a glossy sheen.

Polyester Coating

Our Polyester Coatings have high filling capacity and high resistance to removal and shrinkage. They can be used either as base coats or as exceptionally brilliant top coats for wood surfaces after specific sanding, brushing and polishing processes. Because of the high solid content, these products are particularly recommended for closed pore cycles and modern furniture coating. In addition to wood surfaces, our Polyester Coatings are also ideal to be applied on kitchen cabinets.

Polyester Coatings are particularly recommended when high scratch resistance and 100% sheen are required on commercial and residential projects.
